Chapter 16: Rebecca Gets Her Groove Back

*REBECCA'S POV*

Waking up non-transparent is certainly a welcome change.  I still can't believe it's real.  I probably owe Amy more than I would ever be able to pay her back.  Eh, she's my sister, maybe she'll need a kidney or something one day.

I'm still heartbroken over Simon though.  I'm tempted to dress up really cute and go over to his house...let him see what he's missing.  Maybe he'd want to get back together?  Who knows...Kelsey agrees with me, but Amy and Zoey tell me that if he didn't want me when I was down, why should he deserve me now that I'm back to normal...that makes sense...but...I don't know...but either way, I'm itching for a new look...so I'm gonna talk the girls into going with me to the thrift store to get some new clothes and maybe get some new hairstyles going.

They all agree, so off we go...

I'm still sad about Simon though.

Kelsey: Want me to kick his ass?

Zoey: Screw him...he didn't deserve you.

Amy: So true, he's such a loser...we could spread a rumor around town that he has a small penis...

Haha, that pretty much sums them up...Kelsey wants to fight, Zoey wants to flight, and Amy advocates psychological warfare.

*ZOEY'S POV*

Even though I usually hate shopping, I feel the need to get some new clothes...mostly because I'm falling out of mine.  The poor lifestyle is having that effect on all of us.  Rebecca agrees to help me glam up a little.

So first she finds all of us some fake hair...except for Amy...she makes her chop it off...but we'll get to her.  She finds this ponytail for me.  I must admit it's a big improvement from the scarf...and it would take me the rest of my life to grow hair this long...

Rebecca also talked me into a little makeup...I have lipstick, but I chickened out when Amy started stabbing my eye with an eye shadow pencil.

She picks out this really pretty top and slacks for me.  I look damn near anorexic in this picture, but I promise you I'm not that skinny.  Put me next to Rebecca or Kelsey and you'll see what I'm talking about.

For my every day look, she puts me in jeans and this cute but classy top.  I refuse the heels though.

*KELSEY'S POV*

Bec finds this sporty but sexy looking top...and it's yellow!  Along with jeans, flip flops, and hair extensions that I can straighten.  I've lost a little weight too, so I look HOT...

*AMY'S POV*

It's jeans for me too, but she picks out a sweet, flirty top with boots and they take a crap ton of inches off my hair and color it strawberry blonde.  I'm pretty happy with it.

*REBECCA'S POV*

I'm going to have to work on my hair, but I'm going a little more trendy with my look...I swear I could be a stylist for people.  But this hairstyle makes my forehead look gargantuan.  Although I do like the light brown...it's funny...I think Amy and I switched hair colors...but I like the brown.  It makes me look smarter.

Even though everyone swears I've lost weight, I still hit the gym.  It's so easy to pack on the pounds for me.

*AMY'S POV*

Since I borrowed that money from Damian, every grand we get is going to paying him back, which means even though I want to quit the whole "sex for money" thing...I really can't.  I'm hoping if he gets his money back he'll forget about the whole "yet to be disclosed favor" thing.

When we get home, I get a call from the manager of The Burnt Club asking me to make an appearance and try out some special drink for them.  It's a perfect oppurtunity to show off our new looks.  Kelsey has to hang out with her boyfriend, but Rebecca and Zoey are up for it.

We get all decked out in club gear because The Burnt Club is supposed to be more upscale...

*ZOEY'S POV*

Ever since we got these new clothes, I've been dying to hit the club...I've never been here, but hopefully there's dancing...and lots of sweaty men to dance with.

Unfortunately you have to have more celebrity points than I have...

So I had to bribe the bouncer...but at least I get in.

The club has dance floors and everything, but it's not really my of scene.

Zoey: Do you think we could go somewhere that has more than blood-themed items on their drink menu?

Amy: Yeah maybe, I'm not really feeling the Pomegranate Plasma thing they wanted me to drink...as soon as someone gets a picture and I get paid we can bounce.

So we make our way to Wet 'n' Wild...a dance club more our style.

Rebecca starts talking to the bartender.

Rebecca: How do you like working here?

Bartender: It pays the bills.  Want to give it a try?

Rebecca: Not tonight...maybe some other time.

Amy: Bec, if you work here you'll have to wear a skirt that shows off your name and address half the time.

Bartender: If you want more tips...

Rebecca: Yeah, I'm not above it.

Zoey: Nice.

As we are sitting there, Kelsey walks in.

Rebecca: What happened to German?

Kelsey: Eh, he's being boring...have you ever known me to miss out on a party?

Zoey, Amy, & Rebecca: No.

*KELSEY'S POV*

German told me he was having a party.  When I got there, it was really the two of us...sitting on his couch, watching TV.  Yeah, I'll pass.

*AMY'S POV*

Wet 'n' Wild has a rooftop VIP section...but you have to be a three-star celebrity to get in...maybe I can talk my way in anyway.

Bouncer: You're not on the list.

Amy: Come on, I will be one day...don't you want up and coming celebrities up there.

Bouncer: I want current celebrities...that's not you.

Bitch.

But I catch her not looking and sneak my way in.  Ha ha, suck it, skank!

And let me just say I'm glad I did...this bartender is HOT.  His name is Justin Marriot...or Merrick...I can't really remember...but Da-amn!
